Dominique Scott is an artist and surface designer living in her native New York City. Growing up in Harlem, she would often use drawing and painting as an outlet. Often the subject matter being her daily life, family, desire to travel, and love for fashion. She continued to pursue this love at Central Saint Martins in London and received her BFA at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. In 2010, Dominique's collection was published in Emerging Fashion Designers 2 by Sally Congdon- Martin.
After receiving her studies, Dominique worked in the color department at a prominent clothing label. There, she developed her love for color and print design by using her skill of drawing.
Dominique went on to join the design team at a premier print studio in NYC, where she was able to design and partner with luxury fashion labels on their collections each season. She currently designs prints for one of the most timeless fashion labels in the industry, but continues to find a way to travel, create artwork, and collaborate on projects in her spare time.
